We are currently working to assemble the program schedule and agenda.
Please check back later. We expect to have the program schedule finalized 1-2 weeks before the meeting.
All participants will be emailed the final program and abstracts.
Before starting the registration, please carefully review and prepare the following items:
- Abstract Title should be less than 300 characters.
- Authors list should include your name along all co-authors.
Please check with your co-authors for their acceptance of the abstract for a poster and/or podium presentation!
- The Abstract should be around 400 words long.
- Please email us directly if you'd like to include images, or would like to make changes to your submitted abstract.
- Jean Hanson Award for Diversity in Science:
This award, named in honor of Jean Hanson, is aimed to promote diversity of speakers and attendees at the AMC meeting. It will be given to one presenting AMC attendee based on:
- scientific merit of his/her abstract,
- his/her curriculum vitae or biosketch, and
- a personal statement (~500 words) from the attendee on why he/she should be considered for this award.
Meeting attendees from disadvantaged backgrounds and underrepresented minorities are particularly encouraged to apply for this award!
